SUMMARY



So as you can see these amendments to the Taft-Hartley Act are not all bad for the employer. Just remember, it is key for our managers and supervisors to keep the acronyms TIPS and FOE in mind when discussing unionization with our employees.

Refer to the union-free policy statement often. It will be your guide.

Finally, we cannot stress enough that you contact Human Resources immediately if you have any questions or confusion regarding unionization and a possible campaign by our employees to unionize.
